Moving Day at the World Am
It’s moving day here at PGA TOUR Superstore World Amateur Handicap Championship headquarters. Computers, printers, signage and three-ring binders containing enough paper to make Al Gore’s head explode are en route to the Myrtle Beach Convention Center. After spending months sequestered in our offices pouring over handicaps and the details of the revamped 19th Hole, we have kicked into overdrive in preparation for your arrival.
The moving began in earnest at 6:30 a.m. this morning, and if all goes well, we will be connected to the outside world via phone, Internet and fax later this afternoon.
After working for a year to get ready for the 25th anniversary, stepping back into the convention center really gets the blood pumping!
We hope you are working as hard on your game as we are getting ready for your arrival.

To all of the staff that make this possible,
I am sure I speak for the majority of us when I say thank you for all of your hard work and dedication to this event. Myself and 3 other family members are coming down to play in this for the first time and already we have nothing but good things to say about our dealings with your staff members. I look forward to a great week of memories and southern hospitality, and maybe even a drink or two!
Cheers
Last year I read some message boards, some general and others course or flight specific. Reading these went a long way to convincing me to enter for 2008. Will these be available again, or are they located somewhere else ? Thanks
