A Good Day in Myrtle Beach
The sun is shining literally and figuratively on the World Am today! In an effort to make sure a significant percentage of our players sleep well tonight, I wanted to let everyone know the liquor arrived safely. Three of the tournament’s best friends, Jack, Smirnoff and Bacardi can’t wait to welcome you to town.
We also received layout approval from the fire marshall (whew!) and our production company started construction on the 19th Hole. PGA TOUR Superstore begins setting up tomorrow so things will begin taking shape quickly.
Tropical Storm Fay was never a threat to the tournament, and it now appears unlikely that it will have any impact on travel plans. Even better yet, temperatures for next week aren’t predicted to get above the mid-80s, which would be ideal.
